  • It’s totally up to you! We realize everyone as different availability and we appreciate any time you can take off for this event. We will be likely arriving in Italy 3 days before the wedding.

  • Again, it is up to you! We will likely be in Italy for 2 days after the wedding ceremony.

  • You will be unable to reserve rooms at the Borgo as we have made the decision for our immediate family and wedding party to be reserved for the very limited room availability. Check out Accommodations tab for suggestions on accommodations in the area.

  • You will need a valid passport, 6 months validity is recommended by the Travel.State.Gov website

  • We will update the time for both the Welcome Party and the Wedding Ceremony as we get closer to the events.

  • Please arrive to the Borgo about 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will provide us the opportunity to ensure a timely start for the ceremony.

  • To preserve a formal ambiance, we have chosen to host an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.

  • We please ask that you do not bring an additional guest to the wedding unless their name is specified on the invitation.

  • Please let us know when you RSVP of any dietary restrictions

  • The Welcome Dinner, Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail hour following the ceremony, and dinner will be outside & dancing will be inside. Spring is in full effect in Tuscany this time of year so we recommend bringing a light jacket in case of chilly temperatures in the evening

  • We are currently working through transportation options for our guests and will have more to share. We highly suggest renting a car or hiring a car. Information on recommended car hire in the area is on our Travel tab!
